Built on Experience.

Backed by Research.

OUR STORY

We come from very different backgrounds. We connected because we kept seeing the same thing in our workplaces: pressure doesn't break teams—communication breakdowns do.

We saw leaders carrying emotional weight alone. We saw teams drift into silence when tension rose. We saw conversations delayed until the cost was too high. But we also witnessed something else—how quickly a team can come back together when people have a reliable way to return to a productive dialogue.

That’s why we joined forces.

With over 40 years of combined experience coaching, we set out to give teams something most never get: a shared system, a return path, and communication tools that hold under pressure.

We blend tactical clarity with emotional intelligence, real-time practice with research-backed frameworks, and two very different lived experiences.

Linwood brings decades of in-the-moment coaching experience; Jess brings the research, tools, and structure that make their work reproducible. Together, we have a profoundly wider field of vision — we catch things one coach alone would miss.

Two perspectives, two skill sets, one philosophy: coach people to communicate cleanly under pressure, shoulder-to-shoulder, with systems that hold up no matter the environment.

Meet Linwood

Linwood brings more than three decades of frontline experience guiding teams and leaders who operate in elite, high-stakes environments — including NBA organizations, US Treasury SWAT Operations and US Justice Department Branches.
As an ICF-Certified coach and facilitator, Linwood combines deep self-awareness with active-learning designs to create scalable, high-impact team development experiences. His method is built for environments where the team’s dynamics, emotion, and complexity may collide — where the difference isn’t talent, but how the team’s dynamic remains resilient when the situation becomes critical or the stakes are high.

Meet Jess

Jess has over 10 years experience as a leader and a coach who helps individuals and teams stay regulated, speak cleanly, and stay connected when the pressure hits. Her work has influenced how global companies and pro sport organizations approach leadership, conflict, and the systems that make or break performance.
With more than a decade of experience researching team dynamics, building operations, and leading teams herself, Jess designs and delivers immersive Practice Labs and Facilitated Conversations that help people translate insight into systems and behavior. She works alongside C-suite executives, performance staff, coaches, athletes, and front-office leaders to build clean communication that holds under pressure.
